
This is what it looked like in Rio Rancho, a suberb of Albuquerque. There is just neighborhoods spread out everywhere. All the homes are earthtones too.

Many of the homes are square. They are very authentic to the culture, I loved them!

Crystal took us to an upscale part of town where they do have grass. Mainly because they can afford to keep it up. Otherwise grass is very scarce!

Every now and then you would come across these teeny adobe houses.

My favorite was the their entry ways with the big gates into their front yards.
