Our sweet Hannah Lu

This is Hannah Lu, she was born Tuesday, February 17th at 11:56 am via c-section. She decided to suprise us with what is called Pierre Roban. It is a condition where her chin is to far back and her tongue falls into her throat. There for she can not breath. Also she has a partial cleft pallet inside of her mouth. This will all be repaired. She is scheduled for surgery on Friday to correct her chin. Unfortunately this is all to familiar to me. Many of you know that Jackson was premature and was in the hospital for a couple of months. Who knew we would have to do this again. This was a good pregnancy, and a full term baby. I guess Heavenly Father thinks that we are strong enough to cope. Although it is hard to leave our sweet girl behind in the hospital, she will be home soon. And in no time her brothers will be terrorizing her. It is also safe to say that it looks like I have another clone of Shawn. We are very excited to have her as a part of our family and can't wait to share her with our family and friends. In the mean time I will keep everyone posted on how she is doing.

Minor Update!!!!

It looks like Hannah Lu will make her debut Monday evening the 16th! My doctor was a little worried about me having so much insulin on board the next morning, since I can't eat he didn't want me to crash in the O.R. So fine by me. I was kind of looking forward to having all of our kids born on a Tuesday, but since its a girl she needs to have her own day! We should be home from the hospital Thursday or Friday. I will update everyone then!

February 17th!!

That will be the day that we welcome baby Hannah Lu into our family and this world! Just a quick update for everyone. There have been a few changes, the baby has dropped so I am not comfortable anymore. It is hard to walk and do the things that I need to do with the boys and around the house. So I am counting down the days! I have also started to swell. Out of my three pregnancies, this has been the longest I have been able to wear socks and shoes. I am not the biggest fan of socks, but it was a huge accomplishment to be able to wear them until 35 weeks, and to get them on by myself!! We have been going to Salt Lake once a week the last month and I am excited to say this coming Wednesday will be the last trip for awhile. The drive is getting hard, especially doing it that often.
I will have an amniocentethis on the 16th just to make sure she is ready and then a c-section on the 17th. 38 weeks. I can't believe I will be that far along. I am sure we will have lots of pictures in our next post, I just thought I better say a little something before she is born. So until then.

Baby Hannah Lu in 3D

This was two weeks ago, so I can't imagine what her cheeks are going to look like when she is born! Needless to say if you know Shawn, he is very excited about these chubby cheeks! I had another ultrasound on Saturday, and the tech pointed out rolls on her legs. I do believe she will be our biggest baby. Especially since I got the news from my doctor that he is going to make me go to 38 weeks. Ugh! Four more weeks.

Fun at Jungle Jim's!

We decided to take the boys to Jungle Jim's last Friday to keep the boys busy, and they had a blast! Garrett is so funny because he will go on the rides but makes no facial expressions. So I got this picture with Garrett's hands up on the coaster. It was perfect timing! We were there for about three hours, the boys played and played, ate lunch and played some more. Auntie Amy was so cute squeezing on the rides with them and tending to Garrett. Nani (Shawn's mom) came too. She helped Jackson and Gabriel win lots of tickets so they could cash them in before we left. They ended up with blow up hammers. Lucky us! They about beat eachother into the ground with them. All in good spirit of course.
I think this was Jackson's favorite because he wouldn't get off!

Garrett on the train for the third time! You wouldn't know it by the look on his face.

December 26th.......Garrett is TWO!

Alright so we had to settle for a cheap cake seeing how I was in the hospital practically the whole day on Garrett's birthday with contractions. They stopped them and all is good! So we kept the rest of the day and evening really simple.
I told Garrett to smile, and this is what I got. He blew the candle out himself I hadn't even shown him how.

eating his birthday cake, with a spoon! Yah!

Garrett on his sorsie. This was a chore to put together. But it was worth it to see his face!

Christmas Morning

I always take a picture after Santa comes, but I did just notice he hasn't eaten the cookies yet! They will be gone before the boys get up. Garrett understood what was going on this whole Christmas season. It was really fun to see him get excited when someone would ask him what he asked Santa for. He knew exactly what he wanted. A BIKE! Jackson snuck downstairs before Shawn and I were up. I just might have to put the gate up next year. First things first, we opened the avent calender for Christmas day and put baby Jesus in his manger on the tree. They were excited about that. Then we started ripping into presents. I will post some pictures at the bottom of the page.
